Investing in your mental health

Choosing to begin therapy is a meaningful investment in yourself, your relationships, and your overall well-being. Just as we prioritize our physical health, tending to our emotional and mental health can lead to greater clarity, resilience, and fulfillment in everyday life. Therapy offers a dedicated space to explore challenges, build insight, and develop tools that support lasting change.

We understand that cost is an important consideration, and we strive to make services as accessible and transparent as possible. Our fees are structured to reflect the time, training, and individualized care that go into each session, while also honoring the importance of affordability and access.

We offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments based on financial need. In addition, we partner with the Lotus Mental Health Foundation 501(c)(3) to provide scholarship opportunities for clients who may benefit from additional financial support.

Pricing & Insurance

If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, we are happy to provide documentation (superbills) that you may submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance company to better understand your mental health benefits, including deductibles, copays, and reimbursement rates, and to confirm that we are in-network with your specific plan.
