Her vision as a clinician is to help clients meet themselves with self-compassion, understanding, and strength during life’s most deepest circumstances. Dani believes that everyone has a unique journey to take in therapy and honors this by tailoring each treatment plan to the client’s specific needs. She practices on the spectrum of existential-humanistic counseling, which places an emphasis on the client’s personal experience and natural drive towards growth. She holds the belief that each person can find psychological flexibility and meaning in the face of difficult times with the right kind of support. While existential-humanistic counseling is less about technique and more about attitude, Dani chooses to integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) interventions, parts work, Hakomi techniques that prioritize mindfulness and somatic awareness, yoga, energy work, and EMDR. She is passionate about helping others to fully tap into their innate intelligence systems of mind-body-spirit connection. She is incredibly honored to help you tap into these resources and to be a part of your growth.
