Maggie (she/her) is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate who works with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, identity development, neurodivergence, relationship concerns, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Her trauma-informed, holistic approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect for each client’s lived experience. Drawing from existential and feminist perspectives, Maggie creates an affirming, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore meaning, build self-understanding, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and connected.

Maggie (she/her) is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina who works with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, sports-related anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, relationship concerns, neurodivergence, and other life challenges. She offers a trauma-informed, holistic approach that honors each client’s unique lived experiences and creates an affirming space where clients can show up fully as themselves.

Drawing from existential and feminist perspectives, Maggie supports clients in exploring meaning, agency, identity, and connection within the broader context of their lives, relationships, culture, and society. She believes that our lived experiences shape how we understand ourselves and the world around us. Maggie views each client as the expert on their own life and approaches therapy as a collaborative process grounded in curiosity, compassion, and empowerment.

Maggie has experience working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities and is committed to providing care that is inclusive, nonjudgmental, and responsive to each client’s individual needs. Her background in personal training also informs her work, recognizing the important relationship between physical and mental well-being. Maggie strives to help clients build self-understanding, strengthen their sense of agency, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and meaningful to them.
